Why therapy?
Life can be challenging. We are met with different seasons of life, and during some of those seasons we need support. That is why we’re here. It takes an incredible amount of courage to reach out when you need support. Sometimes it can feel embarrassing or as though we are less than because we need help but that simply isn’t the case at all. The reality is, at some point during our lives, every single individual needs help to some capacity and it’s time we all admit it. Pride often times becomes a barrier to reaching out and vulnerability can be a scary and unsafe place for some to go due to our past. Please know that your sense of security during sessions is our utmost priority. Don’t let your past dictate your tomorrow. All that to say, we are glad you’re here.
