Hello, my name is Taylor Engle. I've been doing therapy in a variety of settings for over 10 years. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and complex mental health challenges in adolescents and adults. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and EMDR in my therapeutic approach with individuals, families, and couples.

I believe collaboration and progress are important components of the therapeutic process. I enjoy working with clients to develop goals for personal growth and positive change and accomplishing these goals together. With God as the source of healing and wholeness in my life, I am happy to incorporate my Christian faith and Biblical principles into my work, if the client is open to it. Everyone has their own story, and I hope to create a supportive environment for you. I look forward to working with you on your therapeutic journey!
